About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Superintendent to lead large-scale site development projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for a seasoned field leader with a strong background managing major civil/site packages, including bulk earthwork, utilities, paving, grading, and complex phased construction. The Civil Site Superintendent will play a key role in both project pursuit and project execution. Before a project is awarded, this person may support estimating and operations by reviewing plans, helping evaluate workflow, identifying execution challenges, and providing field-based input on how the work should be planned and managed. Once awarded, the Superintendent will lead day-to-day field operations and ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

  • Proven experience managing large sitework/civil packages, preferably in the $10 million to $30 million+ range.
  • Strong background in bulk earthwork, grading, pipe, utilities, paving, and overall site development.
  • Experience managing large crews, field teams, subcontractors, and multiple scopes of work at once.
  • Ability to read and interpret civil plans, specifications, schedules, drawings, and project documents.
  • Ability to work with estimating and project management teams during pursuit, preconstruction, and execution.
