Site Superintendent (Tenant Improvement & Capital Projects)

Edge ConstructionVancouver, BC
CA$110,000 - CA$130,000Onsite

About The Position

This role is for a Site Superintendent to lead day-to-day operations on commercial interior projects from mobilization through closeout. The successful candidate will work directly with subtrades, clients, consultants, and the internal project team to deliver work that meets the EDGE standard. This is a hands-on leadership role where the superintendent leads by example, gets into the details, and keeps things moving. The Tenant Improvement Division is a growing extension of EDGE Construction's standard, applying their expertise to commercial interior and capital improvement work. The team is small and intentional, focusing on deliberate projects and a consistent approach: prepared, professional, and focused on doing things right. They are not aiming to be the biggest, but rather to build the best version of themselves on every project, starting with the people on the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in commercial or institutional construction
  • Strong communicator: You lead with clarity, not just authority.
  • Organized and solutions-focused with the ability to make good decisions under pressure
  • Collaborative. You build trust with subtrades, clients, and consultants.
  • High attention to detail and genuine pride in the quality of your work.
  • Commitment to safety, accountability, and doing things the right way.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
