About The Position

Structure Resources is seeking an Electrical Site Superintendent to join one of our premier Electrical Design-Build contractors. This is a direct-hire opportunity with an award-winning electrical contractor specializing in large-scale commercial, industrial, mission critical, and design-build projects across the United States. They are looking for an Electrical Site Superintendent with experience leading large commercial and industrial electrical construction projects. This position is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors and field personnel, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, enforcing safety standards, and supporting successful project execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience managing field crews on large electrical construction projects while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with company quality standards. They will also have strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), construction drawings, manpower coordination, project documentation, and customer relations.

Requirements

  • Experience leading large commercial and industrial electrical construction projects
  • Experience managing field crews on large electrical construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings
  • Strong knowledge of manpower coordination
  • Strong knowledge of project documentation
  • Strong knowledge of customer relations
  • Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Master Electrician License (Preferred)
