Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or construction field supervisor
Proven experience managing ground-up construction or large-scale renovation projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and NYC DOB regulations
OSHA 30 certification required; Site Safety Manager (SSM) or SST card a plus
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within scope
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and labor crews to maintain workflow and productivity
Enforce strict jobsite safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards at all times
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and ensure work meets project specifications
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues and RFIs
Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and site documentation
Manage material deliveries, equipment scheduling, and site logistics
