As the Site Scheduler, you will coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedules. You will review purchase orders, production schedules, and customer specifications to obtain information such as materials, priorities, and personnel requirements. You will also complete production schedules and orders, workflow, and transportation. You will monitor the status of production progress and materials inventory, and confer with customers and vendors to coordinate processing, shipping, and to resolve complaints. You will work with production managers to determine production scheduling priorities and coordinate inter-plant bottle transfers with other sites and/or the corporate office. You will formulate long-term production plans for dedicated lines to plan and account for inventory building. Proficiency in SAP and BOS systems is required. You may visit customer sites to assist in improved production, quality, and delivery of product. Knowledge of the site’s goals for quality, reliability, scrap, and safety is essential. You will follow all company and local work rules, safety rules, policies, BOS work instructions, and SAP standards and activities. You are responsible for reporting food safety issues to personnel with the authority to initiate action. Other job-related duties as assigned.
