About The Position
The Contractor shall provide on-site safety management services to support construction activities for a solar field project at White Sands Missile Range. Services shall ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, project requirements, and best practices to maintain a safe working environment. The Safety Manager shall oversee daily jobsite safety, perform inspections, identify hazards, coordinate corrective actions, conduct toolbox talks, provide safety guidance, maintain documentation, and support Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) development and review.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in construction safety oversight
- Experience with solar or industrial projects preferred
Nice To Haves
- Relevant certifications preferred (OSHA 30, CHST, CSP, or equivalent)
