About The Position

Trumbull Corp. is seeking a Site Safety Manager to support and promote its safety culture across active heavy civil and highway construction project sites. The role plans, implements, and oversees project safety programs to ensure high safety standards. The position is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Safety Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of safety experience in construction or a similar field.
• Strong hazard recognition, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Knowledge of construction safety compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety efforts and ensure safety expectations are met.
• Conduct safety orientations, meetings, and training.
• Perform regular site inspections and address hazards.
• Investigate incidents and maintain required safety documentation.
• Support hazard communication, industrial hygiene, and work permitting.
• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory inspections.
