About The Position

Incorp Industries is seeking Site Safety Managers for projects in North Carolina and the Midwest. Each manager is dedicated to one project at a time, supporting multi-craft construction teams throughout the project. When a project ends, team members transition to another project, providing stable, long-term career opportunities across regions.

The role leads site safety programs and supports safety across scaffolding, industrial insulation, blasting, abatement, and coatings projects. It involves ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory, client, and company standards; identifying and addressing hazards; training and mentoring employees; investigating incidents; and working with site supervision and corporate safety teams to improve safety performance.

Requirements

• OSHA 30 certification.
• Hands-on scaffold experience.
• 3–5 years of EHS experience in construction or industrial settings.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a diverse workforce.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 500 Trainer, HAZWOPER, or other advanced safety certifications.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Asbestos/lead abatement training.
• MS Office competency.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, MSHA, DOT, state, local, client, and company standards.
• Conduct daily inspections and hazard assessments, and track corrective actions.
• Mentor and coach employees to build a people-first safety culture.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and share lessons learned.
• Deliver site orientations and ongoing safety training.
• Review new scopes of work to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Oversee safety aspects of scaffolding, insulation, blasting, abatement, and coatings projects.
• Partner with site supervision and corporate safety teams to resolve challenges and continuously improve.
