We collaborate extensively with development, support, and other internal teams to deliver proactive monitoring, effective incident management, and continuous optimisation. Through strong alignment across these functions, we ensure our services meet strict availability and performance expectations in complex, customer-critical environments. In this role, you will lead Ops / SRE teams to build and run secure, automated cloud environments and production services that customers depend on around the clock. You’ll strengthen reliability and resilience across a group of products, reduce technical debt through continuous optimization, and partner across technical and non-technical teams to improve outcomes. You’ll also drive ongoing cost review and optimization through FinOps processes.
