About The Position

We are seeking a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on building and maintaining our continuous integration/deployment pipelines, ensuring high availability, and implementing robust monitoring and security practices across our infrastructure. Refine is pioneering the next generation of search and discovery technology. We empower brands to transition from outdated, keyword-based search systems to cutting-edge AI-powered solutions. Our proprietary multimodal search model, R4E, integrates seamlessly with e-commerce platforms, enabling natural language queries and personalized search experiences. Starting with fashion e-commerce, Refine’s vision is to lead the industry in product search, recommendation systems, and data pipelines for large language models and AI agents. Our R4E-powered API allows retailers to unlock the full potential of their existing product data, enabling users to search in ways that feel intuitive and personalized. Retailers can implement Refine’s solutions in minutes without retraining models, allowing them to enhance customer engagement and boost conversions. Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps or SRE engineer, with hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools and best practices.
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools and cloud platforms.
• Strong scripting skills and experience with containerization technologies.
• Solid understanding of monitoring and logging solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks is desirable (SOC I & SOC II Compliance)

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for various services and frontend deployments.
• Maintain cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, and manage configurations.
• Set up comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure service reliability and performance.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline operations and support scaling.
