About The Position

The SRE Lead designs and leads reliability engineering across banking and payments, establishing SRE standards, automation, and learning practices to improve resilience, reduce incidents, and scale engineering led operations.

Requirements

Minimum 8+ years experience required.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
US Banking – Payments Domain Experience is Required
Information Security Engineering
Project Testing / Implementation / Release Management
Dynatrace Monitoring Tool
OpenShift
Python Scripting (Automation)

Skilled in resilient engineering, risk control, and scaling operations across complex banking and payments environments.
Must have experience in all 4 Key Pillars of Site Reliability Engineering
