Site Readiness Strategic Sourcing Lead
About The Position
Fluidstack is seeking a Site Readiness Strategic Sourcing Lead to own sourcing for all new site needs, including site services, temporary power and water, security, waste, and facilities support. The goal is to build a site readiness sourcing playbook that enables new sites to procure their full service stack in weeks, not months, and to negotiate regional and multi-site agreements that new sites can inherit immediately. This role is crucial for ensuring that supply chain operations enable faster build times and prevent service gaps that could idle a site. The company is focused on delivering large-scale compute infrastructure for AI, emphasizing speed, scale, and a first-principles approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
- Sourced site services or indirect categories for multi-site industrial operations.
- Stood up procurement for a greenfield site and know every category that gets forgotten.
- Build playbooks that make the second site faster than the first.
- Negotiate rate cards that hold across geographies.
