About The Position

Five Rivers Analytics is looking for a Site Project Manager to work in Fort Irwin, CA. This role manages the day-to-day activities for the Fort Irwin NEC and their complex Technical and non-Technical projects. The Site Project Manager will manage the administrative/operational leadership of a project within the program guidelines set by the Senior Program Manager and customer. This role monitors projects to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained. It provides coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received. The position may conduct performance/project analyses to benefit future/other projects/missions/programs. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles. The Site Project Manager leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions. This role administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies.

Requirements

  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required for consideration.
  • A recent or current System Administrator or Network Administrator experience with a BA or BS degree.
  • 10 total years of total experience.
  • Must have an IAT Level II Certification.
  • Must be willing to work full time at Fort Irwin CA.
  • Site Lead will be responsible for managing an onsite team of about 10-15 total FTE.
  • Technically proficient in the areas of configuration, installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of applicable OSP, NIPRNET and SIPRNET systems and devices, and Telephone Service operations.
  • The Site Manager shall oversee operations and maintenance of equipment.
  • Must be telephonically available to the KO or COR from 7AM-5PM PST.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of VOIP / Telephone Service support operations, or the Remedy Ticketing System, or Plant Cable Technician Support Services is highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • The Site Manager shall be technically qualified with administration, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and engineering procedures.
  • The Site Manager shall also be technically proficient in the areas of configuration, installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of applicable OSP, NIPRNET and SIPRNET systems and devices, and Telephone Service operations.
  • The Site Manager shall oversee operations and maintenance of equipment related to: configuration, installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of applicable OSP, NIPRNET and SIPRNET systems and devices, and telephone services operations.
