Site Program Manager, Early Career

NscaleSeattle, WA
$80,000 - $100,000Onsite

About The Position

Nscale is building out AI infrastructure deployments across North America. As we transition from a vendor-led delivery model to in-house execution, we're hiring Site PMs who will own the physical delivery floor, coordinating trades, managing contractors, and driving daily site execution from civil through commissioning. This early-career track is for candidates who want to learn that floor ownership hands-on, under the mentorship of senior Site PMs.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience or a recent college graduate, with a degree in construction management, civil/electrical engineering, or a related technical field preferred
  • Basic ability to read or willingness to quickly learn construction drawings, RFIs, and submittals
  • A genuine interest in spending significant time on an active construction or data center site, since this is a hands-on, on-site role
  • Clear, organized communication, with the habit of taking good notes and surfacing what you saw without being asked
  • Calm, steady demeanor, comfortable being on a busy site and asking questions to learn quickly
  • Willingness to travel extensively and spend significant time on active deployment sites

Nice To Haves

  • Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in construction, data center operations, or critical infrastructure is a strong plus but not required
  • Coursework or certification related to construction management, OSHA 10/30, or project management
  • Prior internship in data center, telecom infrastructure, or large-scale technology deployment
  • Exposure to AI or GPU infrastructure (rack and stack, high-density power, cabling standards)

Responsibilities

  • Own on-site delivery execution across the full deployment lifecycle — from civil and structural through power, mechanical, cabling, hardware install, and commissioning
  • Coordinate trades on site — electrical, mechanical, low voltage, and network — driving daily standup cadence, resolving trade conflicts, and holding contractors accountable to schedule
  • Interface with General Contractors, subcontractors, and OEM vendors on site — managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily progress
  • Track site schedule against the master plan — identify variances early, escalate proactively, and work with Project Controls to reflect actuals
  • Own site commissioning and acceptance testing process — coordinate power-on sequencing, thermal validation, network testing, and final sign-off against customer acceptance criteria
  • Produce daily and weekly site status updates to the Head of E2E Delivery and Integration PM — structured, data-led, no surprises
  • Enforce safety protocols on site — PPE compliance, LOTO procedures, hot-work permits, and change management controls
  • Build and maintain relationships with trades crews, contractors, and site teams — trust and credibility on the floor is a core part of this role

  • dental
  • vision
  • flexible paid time off
  • parental leave
