About The Position

The Site Procurement Business Partner is responsible for both strategic direction and tactical execution of procurement activities at the plant/site level. This role ensures optimal total cost, supplier performance, compliance, and operational efficiency while acting as a critical liaison between site operations and global/regional procurement functions. This position includes both the creation of strategic vision and tactical management. Responsibilities

• Executes procurement strategies, measures, and activities in close collaboration with plant stakeholders
• Drives the achievement of reduced sourcing risk, strong supplier performance, and high efficiency and effectiveness of procurement operations
• Ensures strong collaboration between Plant Procurement, Category Management, and Regional Procurement
• Provides proactive and high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders
