About The Position

The Site Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the success of various site locations by handling a range of administrative and operational duties. This includes providing customer and clinical support, managing facilities, assisting with onboarding processes, fostering employee engagement, and offering payroll support. The coordinator is expected to work autonomously while adhering to organizational policies and collaborating with team members to achieve site-specific goals. Occasional travel between different locations may be required for this role.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • 1 year in a medical office setting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and self-directed.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer and clinical support.
  • Manage facilities, office supplies, and ensure compliance with legal postings (e.g., OSHA).
  • Assist with reports management, data tracking, and administrative functions for site leadership, including employee engagement activities.
  • Oversee onboarding processes, maintain employee files, and track credentialing requirements.
  • Support payroll processes by managing reconciliations, audits, and field employee inquiries.
