About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Operations Analyst to join our EV Asset Management team. This role will be critical in driving operational excellence through digital tools, supporting the wider digital strategy, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our EV charging infrastructure. You will focus on fault identification, anomaly detection, and implementation of remote diagnostics and fixes, enabling a seamless experience for our customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data and logs.
  • Familiarity with anomaly detection techniques and digital diagnostics tools.
  • Technical understanding of EV charging systems and network communication protocols is a plus.
  • Ability to work methodically under pressure and solve problems in a structured, timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor real-time data from EV charging assets to identify performance issues, faults, and anomalies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement remote fixes or escalations as required.
  • Collaborate with technical, OEM and field teams to resolve persistent or complex faults.
  • Support the execution of the digital strategy by integrating monitoring platforms, diagnostic tools, and alerting systems.
  • Manage and maintain dashboards and monitoring tools to ensure accurate and timely insights.
  • Ensure digital tools are optimally configured for fault detection and operational reporting.
  • Track charger uptime, usage, and performance trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve network reliability.
  • Maintain logs of detected anomalies, fixes applied, and outcomes to feed into continuous improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Service teams to enhance the fault management lifecycle.
  • Propose improvements to digital workflows and automation opportunities for remote troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to knowledge bases and SOPs for diagnostics and remote interventions.
