About The Position

The Site Merchandising Business Manager partners with the Senior Director to lead digital strategies across the total category. This leader plays a critical role on the team, serving as a Business Generalist and collaborating closely with stakeholders in Merchandising, Marketing, and other Digital functions. The manager proactively identifies opportunities to optimize site performance and develops data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure best-in-class site execution for events, promotions, category pages, and sitelets/browse pages.
  • Conduct site analysis and audits to align data across all customer touchpoints and devices; establish best practices and regularly share insights with Site Merchandising Directors, Associates, and Assistants.
  • Participate in special projects and committees focused on improving site performance and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandise Strategy team, Marketing, and other Site Merchandising Business Managers to align strategies and drive performance improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business by enhancing the customer shopping experience through innovation and competitive analysis.
  • Serve as the Marketplace liaison, ensuring 3P product onboarding aligns with 1P PDP Health best practices, strategizing navigation for 3P white space categories, and optimizing site exposure through event participation and accurate attribution.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
