About The Position

Agilix Solutions is seeking a Site Materials Associate for its West Memphis, Arkansas location. The role predominantly involves warehouse duties, including picking customer orders accurately and staging finished products, with deliveries made as needed. The position reports to the Site Material Manager.

Requirements

Valid Class D driver's license.
Clean driving record.
Ability to operate a forklift.
Organization and scheduling skills.
Ability to handle complex fulfillment orders within strict deadlines.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain safety management requirements.
Ability to assist in maintaining inventory control.
A “Can Do” team-player attitude at all times.
High school diploma or associate’s degree.

Nice To Haves

12–18 months of warehouse experience; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct number and type of product are loaded and shipped.
Maintain acceptable efficiency rates for both the quantity of products pulled and order accuracy.
Maintain bin and shelf integrity by keeping pulling areas free of debris and products organized on shelves.
Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment as required, including forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Report damage or malfunctions of material handling equipment and connect the battery to the recharging station at the end of the shift.
Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver materials to customers.
Transport orders to customer locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment and ensure orders are staged properly.
