Site Materials Associate
About The Position
Agilix Solutions is hiring a Site Materials Associate at its West Memphis, Arkansas location. The role primarily involves warehouse duties, including picking and staging customer orders, maintaining organized picking areas, and supporting inventory control. The associate may also make deliveries as needed and reports to the Site Material Manager. The position requires safely and efficiently using material-handling equipment, including forklifts, and operating a company vehicle for customer deliveries. The associate is responsible for accurate, timely order fulfillment and maintaining equipment and workplace safety.
Requirements
- Valid Class D driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- A team-player attitude and willingness to contribute.
- High school diploma or associate degree.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods throughout the day.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
Nice To Haves
- 12–18 months of warehouse work experience; preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct quantity and type of product are loaded and shipped.
- Maintain acceptable productivity and order-picking accuracy.
- Keep picking areas clean and maintain organized bin and shelf areas.
- Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed.
- Report damage or malfunctions in material-handling equipment and connect equipment batteries to charging stations at the end of the shift.
- Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver materials to customers.
- Transport orders to customer locations or delivery platforms using material-handling equipment and ensure orders are staged properly.
- Support safety management requirements and assist with inventory control.
- Handle complex fulfillment orders within strict deadlines.
