The Site Manager serves as a supervisor for Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to client sites. This role is responsible for ensuring post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and required reports are filed. The Site Manager also handles emergency notifications to authorities and clients, coaches and disciplines personnel, trains staff, and assists with payroll and personnel information submission. They ensure adequate post coverage, prepare and submit reports, inspect posts, and meet with clients to ensure security requirements are met and to provide quality customer service. Supervisory duties may include interviewing, orienting, training, assigning work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and making hiring and termination recommendations. The Site Manager may also perform the duties of a Security Officer.
