About The Position

The Site Manager will reassign contractors between work centers to best meet daily flight schedule requirements. This role ensures an adequate number of qualified personnel are cross-trained to launch and recover all T/M/S aircraft across all hours of operation as defined within the PWS. The Site Manager also ensures contractor personnel support good order, productivity, and cohesiveness within the squadron.

Requirements

BA/BS from an accredited college or university in engineering, business, logistics, management, math, sciences, or professional aeronautics with 14+ years in the performance and execution of U.S. Navy requirements.
OR High school graduate or equivalent with 20+ years in the performance and execution of U.S. Navy requirements.
Within the 14 years of experience, at least three years of management experience in technical program/project work related to U.S. Naval aircraft maintenance.
Experience in establishing policy and procedures, training, and safety programs.
Experience managing operating budgets and fund expenditures for supplies and/or equipment.
Experience in flight operation plans, programs, and evaluation of maintenance and supply capability to support such programs.
Experience in aircraft maintenance plans, procedures, and policies with collective experience in monitoring and directing maintenance and supply activities.
Extensive background in aircraft maintenance and material support with a minimum of 15 years of experience, with 10 years of the last 15 years in direct aircraft maintenance repair, inspection, and modification.
Must have been released from military service with an Honorable Discharge.
