Covenant Aviation Security (CAS) is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead airport security operations at John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH). The Site Manager is responsible for the overall management, administration, and operational performance of the security program, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies. This position provides leadership to supervisory personnel and security staff while maintaining strong relationships with airport stakeholders, law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, airline partners, and other key constituents. The Site Manager is accountable for workforce management, operational readiness, customer service, compliance, employee development, and contract performance.
