The Site Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operations across the main plant and several satellite locations, including small gas generation plants, a hydrogen trans-fill operation, and multiple driver outpost locations throughout New England and New York. This 24/7 operation supports more than 500 customers and requires close coordination across commercial drivers, plant operators, vehicle mechanics, technical staff, logistics, and production support teams. As a key member of the management team, the Site Manager provides direct leadership for three direct reports and oversees teams of Operators, Drivers, and Vehicle Mechanics. The role requires strong operational knowledge, effective cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive safe, reliable, and efficient performance across multiple business units. Direct leadership accountability is central to this position, including responsibility for operational reliability, productivity improvements, maintenance coordination, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Site Manager will maintain safety as the top priority while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and operational standards.
