This role plays a direct part in making each game day successful by encouraging sportsmanship, teaching skills, and ensuring every child has a great experience. With over 3.5 million registrations in communities across the country, i9 Sports is the nation's largest multi-sport provider focused solely on high-quality, community-based youth sports programs. We offer youth sports leagues, camps and clinics for kids ages 3 and up in today's most popular sports such as: flag football, soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, and lacrosse. Requirements

• Positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, problem-solve, and take initiative
• Dependable, responsible, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to work weekend schedules throughout the season (approximately 7 weeks)
• Must successfully complete a National Criminal Background Check

• Previous sports playing, coaching, or officiating experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and support youth sports games while creating a fun and encouraging atmosphere
• Learn and apply i9 Sports rules and guidelines to promote safe and fair competition
• Teach and reinforce teamwork, sportsmanship, effort, and respect
• Provide age-appropriate instruction and encouragement during games
• Manage game timing, scoring, and basic field/court responsibilities
• Communicate professionally and positively with players, coaches, parents, and staff
• Help create an organized, welcoming, and memorable experience for every family
