The Site Manager will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer. This role involves planning and developing work schedules, inspecting and evaluating the physical condition of establishments for program compliance (safety, quality, service), auditing and maintaining inventories, investigating new and improved equipment and methods, and reviewing customer requests for service. The Site Manager will also implement organization policies, analyze budget requests, assist in promoting services to develop new markets, and ensure sites meet budget goals. Additionally, this role involves coordinating program specifications, compiling data for estimates, maintaining and reporting on financial aspects of the business, ensuring a safe work environment, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The Site Manager acts as a liaison between the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors, maintains contract and contractor status databases, and reviews correspondence concerning contractors. The position requires conducting and attending meetings to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and assisting with human resource concerns. Some travel is required.
