The Site Manager will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer. This role involves planning and developing work schedules, inspecting and evaluating the physical condition of establishments for program compliance (safety, quality, service), auditing and maintaining inventories, investigating new and improved equipment and methods, and reviewing customer requests for service. The Site Manager will also implement organization policies and goals, analyze budget requests, assist in promoting services to develop new markets, and ensure the site meets budget goals. Additionally, this role coordinates program specifications, compiles data for estimates, maintains and reports on the financial aspects of the business, and ensures a safe work environment while complying with local, state, and federal regulations. The Site Manager acts as a liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors, maintains contract and contractor status databases, and conducts meetings to communicate effectively. Assistance with human resource concerns and issues is also part of the role, with some travel required.
