About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical home, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services. The organization provides prevention, education, and treatment for people experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. The Site Manager manages administrative and day-to-day facilities operations at assigned locations and ensures each site remains in acceptable condition. The role supervises maintenance workers, service workers, housekeeping staff, and kitchen staff.

Requirements

Valid Arizona Driver’s License in good standing.
Food Handler’s Card, or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
Clear 39-month motor vehicle record (MVR) and ability to present the MVR report at the interview.
Level One fingerprint clearance card, or ability to obtain one.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Two to three years of experience in business administration, or a similar combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to health and sanitation and fire inspections.
Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities
