About The Position

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Education Diagnostician in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The position supports students in reaching their potential in a positive, active environment. Requirements

Level 3 EA license issued by NMPED.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivation.
Patience and willingness to problem solve.
Ability to connect with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain classroom policies.
Tutor individual students, reinforcing instruction as directed by the teacher.
Distribute and collect papers and supplies to support the teacher.
Assist students by providing appropriate examples, emotional support, a friendly attitude, and general guidance.
Assist in monitoring students as directed.
Confer with teachers as needed about programs and materials to meet student needs.
Participate in meetings and in-service training programs as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.
