About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring experienced retail merchandisers to support retail resets, remodels, fixture installations, merchandising projects, and store support for leading retailers and consumer brands. The role involves working independently in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering quality work, and meeting project deadlines. Merchandisers may indicate the cities, counties, or regions where they wish to work, and SRS will match them with available opportunities.

Requirements

Retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation experience is preferred.
Experience reading and executing planograms.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move or assemble fixtures.
Reliable transportation.
Smartphone with internet access.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Dependable and professional, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Premium Retail Services, Acosta, Crossmark, SPAR, SAS Retail Services, Winston Retail, Apollo Retail Specialists, Driveline, BDS Connected Solutions, RMSI, ActionLink, MarketSource, Survey Merchandiser, Retail Odyssey, Advantage Solutions, or other retail merchandising and reset companies.

Responsibilities

Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects.
Read and implement planograms.
Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise.
Set products to client specifications while maintaining high merchandising standards.
Capture project photos and complete reporting using the company’s mobile app.
Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
Represent Strategic Retail Solutions professionally in retail locations.
