About The Position

Why Join Trellis Mgmt? At Trellis, we don't just manage buildings; we sustain homes. We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our Minneapolis team. If you want a stable, full-time position with no weekends required, we want to talk to you! The Role: You will be the backbone of a 66-unit family townhome community in Minneapolis, ensuring our residents have a safe, clean, and functional place to live. Project Base Section 8 and Tax Credit combo. The ideal candidate must be skilled in working with client services and a diverse population to include long-term homeless and disabled clients. We encourage candidates who are bilingual in English and Somali to apply, as this is helpful in serving our resident population.

Requirements

• 2+ years of property management experience that included leasing, staff supervision, working with service providers, long-term homeless and Coordinated Entry.
• Excellent customer service, administrative, clerical, verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize as well as multi-task.
• Valid Driver's License, insurance and a reliable vehicle are a must.

Nice To Haves

• Yardi & Rent Café experience a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Somali

Responsibilities

• Rent Collection: Receive and deposit rent payments & initiate late rent notices
• Staff Supervision: Monitor performance & approve timecards
• Leasing: Market property and work with applicants from tours through move-in
• Certifications: Process paperwork in accordance with subsidy programs
• Oversee Property: Ensure a clean, safe environment is provided for residents and staff
