Site Manager manages the local customer relationship and performs the daily duties at BlackHawk Industrial's customer locations.

Requirements

Knowledge of ERP system
Knowledge of supporting software systems
Basic knowledge of hardware devices, vending machine
Industrial product knowledge, competent, MRO and industrial tooling
Problem solving skills
Ability to communicate at all levels
High School diploma or GED required
1-2 years of experience in a similar position required
Regular communication in English
Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands and fingers to handle, feel, and operate tools, equipment, or controls for extended periods of time
Reaching with hands and arms
Routine use of computers and other workplace technology
Ability to perform close-vision tasks and clearly focus vision

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
2-4 years of experience preferred

Responsibilities

Issue product from Tool Crib
Enter customer orders
Shipping and receiving
Review daily KPI
Cycle count and inventory review
Customer meetings and relationship management
Vending, stocking and maintenance, when applicable
Respond to commonly occurring problems/situations for which standards, procedures or precedents exist
Perform hands-on tasks, primarily using trade or computer hardware, software, database and data processing
