Requirements
- 3+ years of Managerial Experience or equivalent leadership roles.
- 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience or equivalent demonstrated
- Strong Communication Skills to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Organizational Excellence and a focus on operational efficiency.
- Ability to identify issues and implement solutions quickly.
- Customer Focused with a dedication to building lasting relationships.
- Positive, Approachable Attitude that inspires others to do their best.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations, manage staff, and communicate effectively with other company leaders.
- Lead, coach, and hold employees accountable for performance and development.
- Build strong relationships with customers and address their concerns, ensuring a top-notch experience.
- Monitor wash quality, perform basic equipment maintenance, and ensure the site runs smoothly.
- Own and manage employee training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Ensure safety protocols are in place and adhered to across the site.
- Handle paperwork, inventory, and other site-related documentation.
- Meet and exceed established performance, revenue, and profitability goals.
- Ensure excellent site appearance through regular checks and cleaning protocols.
