About The Position

Akumin is hiring a full-time Site Manager for its Kissimmee facility. The Site Manager has overall leadership responsibility for the ongoing operational support of three to five fixed radiology imaging sites. The role develops and executes strategies for resource management, revenue growth, and patient experience, while maintaining high staff performance across sites, shifts, and modalities. It also leads planning and implementation of initiatives intended to improve organizational performance and operational success, including new service launches and system implementations or upgrades. The Site Manager oversees operational programs and procedures, staff and budget management, relationships with referring offices, customer service issues, and the performance and profitability of center services. The position communicates site and staff performance, events, and operational issues to management and staff; maintains positive interactions with payors, referring offices, patients, employees, and radiologists; and administers quality programs to meet or exceed quality and productivity measures. The manager also supports local management and sales teams in maintaining relationships with referring physician offices through visits and high-quality customer service. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field.
Healthcare experience.
Five years of relevant supervisory experience.
Strong proficiency in patient services, radiology, or customer service.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and influence large teams in a matrix organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively handle multiple sites.
Experience in a service delivery role.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures to provide quality care and maintain a high-performing operation.
Lead staff management and budget management, maintain relationships with referring offices, and address ongoing customer service issues.
Review site activities and recommend or make changes to better utilize facilities, services, or staff.
Monitor service performance and profitability, and promptly inform management of issues affecting operations.
Communicate center and staff performance, events, and issues to management and staff in a timely manner.
Maintain positive interactions with payors, referring offices, patients, staff, and radiologists.
Administer quality programs and meet or exceed quality and productivity measures across patient service, referral customer service, clinical programs, administrative functions, and service recovery.
Assist local management and the sales team in maintaining relationships with outside referring physician offices through personal visits and high-quality customer service.
Plan time, priorities, and staffing to achieve sustainable results and balanced team workloads.
Develop effective staff structures with defined roles, responsibilities, and decision-making authority.
Anticipate business issues, align priorities, and use business processes, technology, and data to improve results.
Manage budgets, resources, revenues, expenses, and cost-benefit considerations to meet financial objectives and enhance profitability.
Seek feedback, keep others informed, manage disagreements, negotiate priorities, provide constructive feedback, and engage stakeholders.
Promote collaboration, remove cross-functional obstacles, and build professional relationships inside and outside the organization.
