About The Position

The Site Manager provides a superior i9 Sports Experience and oversees game-day operations at a venue. This high-energy, organized role calls for strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-service focus. Ideal candidates have experience working with children and a desire to learn sports management. The position includes a varied schedule with weekend and some evening work throughout the approximately seven-week season. Season dates are October 3 through November 21.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety.
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the full season of approximately seven weeks.
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds or more overhead.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the gym for game-day events.
• Keep score during games.
• Manage and supervise volunteer coaches.
• Oversee venue operations and ensure programs stay on schedule.

• Organize game-day equipment and maintain venue cleanliness.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service.
• Take charge of situations as needed to ensure player safety.
