About The Position

J P Logistics & Consulting LLC (JPLC) is seeking a full-time Site Manager - Personnel Assistant II to support the Military Personnel Flight (MPF) Program. This role involves providing non-personal services for the administration and support of human resources/personnel programs at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The position is located at 1SOFSS/FSPS in Building 90210 (212 Lukasik Ave.), Hurlburt Field, FL. The salary is $21.85 per hour, and the hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 07:30 to 16:30, excluding federal holidays. The Site Manager - Personnel Assistant II is crucial for managing RAPIDS users, system security, ID card stock, and maintaining necessary records for audits. One Site Manager must be physically present on-site at all times during RAPIDS operations. This role also includes providing accurate system administration and security for MilPDS entries, processing MilPDS RIPs/Product actions, and serving as the Base Administrator for the Personnel Records Display Application (PRDA) in ARMS. Management of ID card stock and consumables according to DMDC Guidelines is also a key responsibility. The role may require a flexible schedule to meet mission demands, such as working a 1300-1900 duty day during RAPIDS system degradation. Mission critical and essential functions require a minimum of one contractor with SM capability to be on-site when terminals are operational. In emergency weather events, site shutdown is at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience working with advanced personnel management systems such as RAPIDS, ARMS/PRDA, MilPDS, and more.
  • Must have a SECRET security clearance.
  • SSM, SVO, and VO personnel who issue and control CACs.
  • Must be U.S. Citizens.
  • Must present a neat appearance and be easily recognized as JPLC employees.
  • Experience in personnel management and secure system oversight.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree preferred.
  • Preferred experience with RAPIDS/DEERS/CAC.

Responsibilities

  • Activating all RAPIDS users and assigning roles for new and existing users.
  • Maintaining and updating local control of system security by adding and assigning Verifying Official (VO) and Super Verifying Official (SVO) roles to users.
  • Managing ID card stock and consumables.
  • Maintaining necessary records for audit IAW RAPIDS/VO.
  • Functioning as a VO.
  • Providing accurate system administration and security of MilPDS entries.
  • Validating system-related problems and providing appropriate supporting documentation for errors and rejects to the AFPOA A1.
  • Processing MilPDS RIPs/Product actions.
  • Performing in the role of Base Administrator for the Personnel Records Display Application (PRDA) in the ARMS.
  • Maintaining and managing the ID card stock IAW DMDC Guidelines; CAC ID stock, and CAC consumables; manual and machine-readable cardstock, CAC return forms, and mailing supplies.
  • Ensuring one SM is physically available on site at all times during RAPIDS operations.
  • Ensuring one SM is on site at all times when terminals are operational.
