About The Position

Mom365 is seeking a Site Manager to lead a team of photographers, build strong hospital partnerships, and help families preserve their baby's first moments through professional newborn photography. This role combines leadership, sales, customer experience, training, and photography. The ideal candidate is a people leader first—someone who enjoys developing others, building relationships, and delivering results. The Site Manager will lead, coach, and develop a team of photographers to achieve sales, service, and quality goals, recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new photographers, drive photography sales performance and customer satisfaction, build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and staff, manage daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and performance expectations, ensure compliance with company, hospital, and safety requirements, photograph newborn babies and their families, creating lasting memories, and deliver a warm, professional, and compassionate experience for every family.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to perform moderate physical activity and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings.
  • Ability to meet hospital compliance requirements.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.

  • Leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
  • Experience hiring, training, coaching, or developing employees.
  • Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Photography experience preferred, especially portrait, studio, family, newborn, or event photography.

  • Ability to safely handle newborns and photography equipment.
