Requirements

BA/BS from an accredited college or university in engineering, business, logistics, management, math, sciences, or professional aeronautics with 14 plus years in the performance and execution of U.S. Navy requirements.
Within the 14 years, at least three years of management experience in technical program/project work related to U.S. Naval aircraft maintenance.
Experience in establishing policy and procedures, training, and safety programs.
Experience managing operating budgets and fund expenditures for supplies and/or equipment.
Experience in flight operation plans, programs, and evaluation of maintenance and supply capability to support such programs.
Experience in aircraft maintenance plans, procedures, and policies with collective experience in monitoring and directing maintenance and supply activities.
Extensive background in aircraft maintenance and material support with a minimum of 15 years of experience, with 10 years of the last 15 years in direct aircraft maintenance repair, inspection, and modification.
Must have been released from military service with an Honorable Discharge.
Ability to maintain a secret security clearance.
