About The Position

British Swim School Cudahy is seeking a full-time, leadership-level Site Leader to manage daily operations, lead staff, and contribute to business growth. This role offers significant ownership, including a private office, a voice in strategy, and a direct stake in the site's success.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Open and close the site daily, including pool preparation, equipment setup/teardown, and securing the facility.
Oversee pool and facility maintenance, coordinating with the pool partner and vendors for any necessary repairs.
Ensure adequate lifeguard and water watcher coverage for all shifts, providing coverage personally when needed.
Manage site safety and security through daily checks, incident response, and enforcement of safety protocols.
Serve as the primary point of contact for instructors, families, and the pool partner regarding daily operations and issues.
Build and manage the staff schedule, ensuring adequate coverage while accommodating instructor availability.
Act as a regular point of contact for instructors, providing support and fostering a positive work environment.
Support hiring and recruiting efforts for the Cudahy site, including candidate sourcing and interview assistance.
Onboard new hires and lead ongoing training to maintain and improve team skills.
Set the overall tone and culture on site, establishing standards for instructors.
Drive enrollment growth at the Cudahy site in collaboration with leadership.
Support local marketing initiatives, including community outreach and event participation.
Identify and pursue local partnerships to expand access to swimming lessons.
Provide feedback on site operations, identifying successes, challenges, and opportunities.
Track and report on enrollment and growth trends to leadership.
