About The Position

Hawque Protection Group is seeking a Site Lead to oversee security operations at a residential property. This leadership role is ideal for individuals who are active, enjoy conducting walking patrols, and are dedicated to ensuring safety and security. The Site Lead will guide security officers, manage patrols, respond to incidents, maintain records, handle scheduling, liaise with clients, and support operations at nearby sites.

Requirements

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in security or a related field.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods (up to 90% of shift).
Capability of lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Open availability and flexibility to adjust shifts based on client needs.
A clean criminal background check.
Dependable transportation.
Willingness to complete company-provided training.
Willingness to maintain state-required certifications.

Responsibilities

Lead and support security officers, providing training and ensuring adherence to protocols.
Conduct property patrols, both indoors and outdoors, for up to 90% of the shift.
Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and alarms, coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents and daily activities.
Manage shift schedules and ensure continuous site coverage.
Serve as the primary client contact, addressing concerns and providing updates.
Assist with operations at nearby security sites.
