Requirements

  • Possess outstanding customer service skills and can-do attitude.
  • 2 plus years of general maintenance craft experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to pass both an FBI/BCI background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CMMS software a plus.
  • Personal hand tools a plus.
  • Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure that our client's needs are met and/or exceeded by performing facilities maintenance duties personally or through delegation. This is a hands-on position.
  • Serve as the direct communication point for the timing, completion, and quality of work orders.
  • Shared accountability for customer and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage personnel and subcontractors engaged in performing facility maintenance work procedures.
  • Interview candidates; onboard and train new hires.
  • Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports.
  • Approve procurement of tools, equipment and materials.
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure conformity to contract specifications and quality.
  • Achieve acceptable KPI scores.
  • Ensure all operational and administrative work is compliant with our processes.
  • Some weekend, holiday, and after hour on call availability.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
