About The Position
The Site Integration Manager is responsible for the effective integration of NPD, Continuous Improvement, and compliance projects into Delta’s manufacturing operations. This leader coaches and leads a team of local site Project Coordinator, Tooling/Product Engineers, and CI Techs. This position creates the vision, strategy, tactics, and execution of Lean Management. This Leader is also a member of the plant management team and plays an integral role in the overall management of the site!
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required – Engineering Preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in professional roles within a manufacturing facility
- Principles and practices of product and manufacturing engineering
- New Product Development philosophy, principles and practices
- Extensive Lean Transformation Experience
- Budget creation and management
- Team building and talent development
Responsibilities
- Coaching and developing all leaders within the business unit on Lean Principles.
- Product and manufacturing process technical leadership
- Financial Acumen for Capital Business Case requirements
- Continuous improvement of project integration efficiency
- Management of engineering and technical aspects of site integration with strong emphasis on Automation
- Develop, execute, and measure site Total Cost Productivity
