Discover Impactful Work: Under the direction of HR leadership, you will manage day-to-day Human Resources functions in support of our Operations and Engineering teams. This includes employee relations, recruiting and selection, HR compliance, onboarding, training and development, compensation, and performance management within a fast-paced CDMO environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of HR work experience
  • Demonstrated experience across key HR disciplines (staffing, compensation, employee relations)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS/reporting systems
  • Strong collaboration skills with a results-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering an excellent employee experience
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Effective influencing skills and ability to build strong professional relationships
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to interpret and apply employment laws, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and implement HR functional initiatives
  • Provide HR support and coaching to mid-level managers within Operations and Engineering on HR policies, processes, people management, and career development
  • Counsel and coach employees and managers on employee relations matters, including performance management and resolution of formal/informal concerns
  • Drive effective talent management, including recruitment strategies to support organizational growth in Operations and Engineering
  • Partner with managers to assess and address training needs, supporting continuous skill development in technical and operational roles
  • Collaborate with site leadership, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and functional leaders to deliver HR programs and drive employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with applicable country, state, and federal employment laws and HR policies
  • Partner with country HR leaders to support benefits and policy harmonization, working closely with COEs to implement HR programs and initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Benefits

  • The estimated annualized pay range for this position in Ontario is $69,400.00–$104,000.00.
