About The Position

XYZ Reality is seeking a Graduate/Entry-Level Site Engineer to join their team. This role is designed for individuals at the beginning of their career with limited construction experience, focusing on developing the technical and practical skills needed to deliver XYZ Reality’s services on construction projects. The successful candidate will perform operational tasks similar to Site Engineers but will receive additional training, mentorship, and support. XYZ Reality is a company that creates an engineering-grade Augmented Reality solution for the construction industry, using AR to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The company has over 100 staff across the UK, US & Europe and works with major organizations and construction companies.

Requirements

• Degree or relatable education/experience in engineering, construction management, surveying, or related discipline.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Interest in the construction industry including technology and digital tools.
• Must have a clean criminal record.
• Willing to undergo background checks and drugs tests due to security requirements of the projects we work on.

Responsibilities

• Track construction progress against BIM models using XYZ’s Augmented Reality Device – The Atom.
• Conduct on-site quality inspections and raise observations on the XYZ Platform.
• Ensure these QA Issues are submitted to the client on daily basis.
• Be responsible for the quality of your work ensuring that it follows outlined workflows and standards.
• Maintain high levels of data accuracy and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with other engineers on-site to ensure full coverage of the project.
• Support the Lead Engineer in maintaining operational standards.
