About The Position

Orbis Education is dedicated to transforming healthcare education by specializing in accelerated degree programs for healthcare professions. They partner with healthcare systems and universities to equip students with the necessary tools to meet industry demands, expanding pre-licensure healthcare programs and producing high-quality graduates. The Site Director role involves motivating students and staff, developing employees through coaching and mentoring, and fostering relationships with university, community, and organizational partners. This specific role is for a new site in Auburn, WA. The Site Director will initially work remotely until the site opens in Fall 2026 (TBD), after which they will be required to be onsite in-office, with a potential to transition to a hybrid schedule after six months.

Requirements

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years’ experience in a management capacity
  • Self-driven, organized, and superior communication abilities
  • Creative problem-solving attributes
