About The Position
AlphaBEST is seeking a Part-Time Site Director for their Before & After School Program in Dennis Yarmouth, MA, for the 2026/2027 school year. The role involves leading a team to deliver engaging activities in fitness, arts, and technology, fostering a sense of wonder and curiosity in students. The Site Director will also manage program operations, train staff, and cultivate positive relationships with children, parents, and school personnel within a caring, family-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelors Degree
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
- Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards
Responsibilities
- Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
- Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
