About The Position

AlphaBEST is seeking a part-time Site Director for their Before and After School Program in the Revere, MA area for the 2026/2027 school year. The program focuses on igniting children's sense of wonder through activities in fitness, the arts, technology, and more. The Site Director will lead a team, manage the program site, train staff, encourage creativity, and foster a positive environment for children, parents, and school staff.

Requirements

• Must have an associates degree with 1 year experience in a licensed facility
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
• Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards

Responsibilities

• Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
• Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
• Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
