About The Position

The Site Director in the Clinical Research industry is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic management of a healthcare facility or service site. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare or social assistance setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and complex operational processes effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills daily to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams toward achieving operational excellence and high-quality patient care.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for interpreting performance data, managing budgets, and addressing complex challenges within the healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication skills enable effective collaboration with staff, patients, regulatory bodies, and community partners, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is applied continuously to maintain accreditation and legal adherence.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
