About The Position

Are you interested in leading end-to-end IT and OT operations for a manufacturing site or distribution center that produces iconic brands used around the world? In this role, you will be accountable to ensure all critical IT/OT applications and plant infrastructure are running efficiently and have proper resilience in place to ensure the site runs in fully compliant and secure way. You will also be encouraged to drive continuous improvement while building your supply chain experience and gaining deep mastery in IT. We are looking for candidates that are equally adept at technology and leadership combined with a passion to help our supply chain organizations with the tools of modern manufacturing and logistics needed to ensure flawless make, pack and ship operations. You will be the change agent at the site, ensuring that new technology is ready to support an always on, always secure, and always compliant workforce that runs 24x7. We ask that candidates are open to working anywhere in the USA as this role would be conducted at one of our plant locations.

Requirements

  • Graduating in the Spring or Summer of 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing technology and systems operations
  • Incident management/Organizational change/Problem management.
  • Knowledge in network operations or application management
  • Awareness of cybersecurity requirements and ability to support P&G’s cyber security organization to drive programs centered on protecting P&G in terms of information security
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work optimally in a 'start-up' type environment.
  • An open mind, who is a fast learner with great verbal and written communication skills and can work closely across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate P&G digital technologies into the site’s digital master plan, aligning investments with business priorities and value creation.
  • Lead critical projects, drive digital operational excellence, mitigate system risks, and ensure the compliant deployment of digital solutions.
  • Implement scalable technologies and processes that improve efficiency, leveraging ITIL, project management, and leadership expertise to align stakeholders and deliver results across teams.
  • Develop, deploy, and ensure the execution of the site security strategy through the implementation of industry-leading security technologies, systems, and processes.
  • Lead threat identification and risk mitigation efforts across the plant, while building, maintaining, and advising on a defense-in-depth security posture that encompasses Industrial Control Systems, network security, endpoint security, and application security.
  • Oversee the local incident response process, conduct self-assessments, and implement risk mitigation plans to ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance within the organization.
