About The Position

Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Site Design Project Manager to join their Little Rock team! This role involves managing the financial success of projects, leading project teams, building client relationships, and mentoring junior staff.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
6+ years of experience in site design and development
PE License
Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D

Responsibilities

Manage financial success of projects through the development of project scopes, schedules, and budgets
Ensure projects completed on a timely basis
Manages complex contract negotiations
Lead the execution of project plans
Assemble/manage project teams
Coordinate availability of internal resources
Assign individual responsibilities ensuring technical skills, capabilities, and expertise align with project objectives
Ensure deliverables fall within established scope, schedule, and budget through monitoring progress and measuring project performance
Manage change requests, execute risk management techniques, and implement strategies to minimize negative financial impact to the project
Coordinate detailed reviews of technical work
Build/maintain client relationships
Document all project deliverables and maintain comprehensive records including correspondence, design plans, and other project related files
Mentor/train junior staff
